The service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff making my stay enjoyable. However, the room had its quirks, being located under the steps on the third floor. The temperature fluctuations from hot to super cold due to the old, cheap, and dirty AC unit were quite bothersome. The dining experience fell short with overpriced room rates, but the basic breakfast was a saving grace. Overall, the retro and cute room decor added a charming touch to the stay.
The hotel rooms were spacious and right next to a deck, though needing cleaning. The maintenance team was quick to address missing closet bars and hangers upon check-in installation. The service was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the weekend. The location was perfect for beach and boardwalk visits with complimentary coffee in the lobby and a great pool. The dining experience was average with simple packaged donuts and bagels. Overall, a convenient stay with clear pros and cons.
